The role

We need someone who can ideate, shoot, edit, and design. Someone chronically online, who moves fast and makes things people want to watch, like, comment on and save. You'll work across a roster of clients - lifestyle, tech, fashion - and be expected to bring original thinking to every brief.

Up to 44k per annum, depending on experience.

What you’ll be doing

• Ideation: you see content opportunities before they're obvious. You understand how audiences tick on social - what they care about and how they behave on each platform. You know which ideas will travel and which will flop, and you can articulate why.

• Shooting: you're comfortable on location, on your own, making it work. You can direct yourself, think on your feet, and get a great shot without a full crew behind you. Run-and-gun when it calls for it, considered and crafted when it doesn't.

• Editing: you edit fast without it looking rushed. You understand that sound is half the job. Your cuts feel native to the platform - not like a TV ad that got squeezed into a vertical frame.

• Design and motion: your graphic sensibility elevates the footage rather than decorating it. Motion and titles feel considered, not templated. You know when to add and when to strip back.

Who you are

• 3-5 years making content: Agency, in-house, freelance. Doesn't matter.

• A portfolio that shows what you can do.

• Confident in Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, CapCut or whatever you use to get there.

• Genuinely fluent in social: not just aware of it. You know why something works on TikTok and why the same thing would flop on Instagram.

• Self-directed: you don't wait for a brief to have an idea.

• Comfortable with AI tools as part of your workflow, not scared of them.

Working culture

We're a startup so right now we want to spend as much time together as possible. London-based and mostly in-person to start, with flexibility building over time.
