We're currently working with a highly regarded mixed secondary school in Southwark that is looking to appoint a Facilities Manager on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role
As Facilities Manager, you will take responsibility for the smooth day-to-day running of the school site, ensuring the premises remain safe, compliant, and well maintained.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing planned and reactive maintenance
Overseeing contractors and service providers
Leading health and safety compliance across the site
Supporting refurbishment and improvement projects
Monitoring premises budgets and expenditure
Ensuring a high standard of security and site presentation
The successful candidate will be organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Previous facilities, premises, estates, or site management experience is essential.
Salary & Benefits
£40,000–£45,000 per annum
