The Role

We’re looking for a Recruitment Team Lead to drive hiring across the business while managing and developing a small recruitment team. This role blends hands-on delivery with leadership—you’ll run key hiring pipelines yourself, while ensuring your team has what they need to deliver at pace and to standard.

You’ll work closely with leadership, hiring managers, and the People & Talent team to ensure we’re always hiring the right people, the right way.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and coach a small recruitment team , ensuring performance, clarity, and development.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for critical roles , from sourcing through to offer.
• Partner with department leads to understand hiring needs and build action plans.
• Own and improve core recruitment processes —ATS workflows (TeamTailor), pipelines, scorecards, and scheduling.
• Ensure a strong, consistent candidate experience across all touchpoints.
• Set and track team KPIs —time-to-hire, quality of hire, pipeline conversion, DEI metrics.
• Collaborate with the People & Talent team on employer branding, events, and hiring campaigns.
• Support hiring manager training and interview enablement across the business.

What You Bring

• 3–5+ years in recruitment, with experience leading or mentoring others.
• A solid track record of hands-on hiring across a variety of roles—ideally both operational and HQ.
• Strong sourcing, pipeline management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Comfortable with ATS platforms (TeamTailor experience is a bonus).
• Data-savvy—able to track performance and improve processes using real numbers.
• A confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.
• Someone who leads by example—hands-on, helpful, and outcome-oriented.
