Job Description
We are looking for a Partner Validation and Services Specialist to join our growing global team at Sectigo.
Partner Validation and Services Specialist is an integral role focused on the growth and success of our strategic partners and resellers. The position will assist partners to resolve complex issues through research, implementation, and troubleshooting partner validation and support issues. This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard, train, and continue the success of our partners.
This is a full-time position working in the hybrid model and at least 3 days a week from our London office. The position is also remote eligible. This is an individual contributor role, reporting to the manager, Partner Validation and Services.Here are the core functions, responsibilities, and expectations for this role:
Manage technical and validation issues associated with supporting Sectigo’s partners
Assist in integrating process workflows through APIs into partner’s system architecture
Resolve technical support issues and manage partner escalations
Provide superior customer service and assistance via phone, and email
Subject matter expert in Sectigo products, channels, validation process and policies
Work closely with partners sharing knowledge and conduct training
Process orders for TLS and other security products according to industry and company compliance requirements
Other duties as assigned and related to the nature of this role and company initiatives
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s or college degree in business and/or technical related field or equivalent
Experience:
At least 5+ years of technical support experience
Comfortable working with technical concepts, including APIs, web applications, and integrations
Experience working in customer service delivery and a compliance regulatory environment
Knowledge of Windows and Office products
Specific language proficiencies may be required based on business needs

:
Self-motivated with ability to solve problems, manage time well, and get things done
Knowledge of TLS PKI products and services
Proficient PKI compliance knowledge and ability to share complex concepts is a simple format
Ability to work independently and part of a team with limited supervision
Possess qualities such as integrity, fair mindedness, and a persuasive, congenial personality
Strong communication, written, and organization skills, with attention to detail and must be able to multi-task
Quick learner, attention to detail and patience for user questions
Knowledge of corporate environment
