The Goal
The Corporate Strategy & Commercial Operations Manager will support the business by driving data-driven insights and analysis to support strategic growth initiatives, business case planning, pricing strategies, Go To Market (GTM) analysis, and revenue optimization.
This role requires advanced Excel skills, a strong understanding of financial modelling, and the ability to work closely with sales, operations, and finance teams to assess market opportunities, forecast revenue, and support key decisions to maximize EBITDA-positive growth.
What you’ll be doing
1. Growth Strategy
- Market Opportunity Analysis:
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities based on market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive dynamics.
- Support cross-selling and up-selling initiatives through actionable insights.
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Analysis for Products & New Regions:
- Lead GTM analysis for new product launches and regional expansions, evaluating competition, market potential, and entry strategies.
- Develop comprehensive GTM plans, incorporating pricing, marketing, and sales strategies
- RFP & Bid Process Management:
- Manage the end-to-end RFP and bid process, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals aligned with client needs and business goals.
- Conduct post-bid analysis to identify areas for improvement and enhance future win rates.
- Revenue Growth & EBITDA Optimization:
- Identify and support initiatives to enhance revenue growth and EBITDA through strategic adjustments in pricing, cost optimization, and market approaches.
- Proactive investment analysis:
- Ideate and support the business in any investment case (M&A / new product development etc.) in ensuring it is financially, commercially, operationally and strategically viable
- Own and drive business case analysis and cross vertical enhancement of any potential investment case
2. Commercial Operations
- New Business Forecasting & Pipeline Management:
- Collaborate with sales teams to improve pipeline management and ensure accurate revenue forecasts.
- Apply forecasting techniques to predict revenue, integrating insights from various business functions.
- Advanced Excel & Analytical Reporting:
- Develop and maintain advanced Excel models for data analysis, financial forecasting, and reporting.
- Create dashboards and visual reporting tools to track key commercial and financial metrics.
- Operational Alignment:
- Ensure commercial operations align with financial goals to support profitability and sustainable growth initiatives.

What you’ll bring
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas & financial modelling
- Strong understanding of commercial strategy, business case development, pricing analysis, market research, and Go To Market (GTM) strategies.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams, including sales, operations, and marketing
- Experience with forecasting and financial modelling to predict revenue trends and assess market opportunities.
- Knowledge of global market dynamics, especially within sectors related to betting & technology is preferable
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
