The Chancery Rosewood is redefining luxury in Mayfair, housed in the former U.S. Embassy and reimagined by Sir David Chipperfield. With 144 suites by Joseph Dirand and a collection of dynamic dining and bar spaces, it’s a place where experiences are curated, conversations flow, and every detail matters.

As Content Manager, you will lead the creation of premium photography and videography that brings The Chancery Rosewood’s products, people, and brand story to life — a rare opportunity to shape the visual identity of one of Mayfair’s most exciting new luxury hotels, reporting to the Digital and Social Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead photography and videography production end-to-end — from creative concept and shoot direction to editing and final delivery across every platform.

• Direct talent, colleagues, and external creative partners during shoots, keeping every production calm, collaborative, and on schedule.

• Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives, capturing product, lifestyle, event, and branded content across the hotel.

• Manage the hotel’s digital asset library, ensuring content is correctly labelled, accessible, and consistent in colour grading, sound quality, and visual identity.

• Work closely with the Head of Digital to maximise engagement, reach, and brand consistency across all visual content.

About You

• Connection — You build strong relationships across Sales & Marketing, other departments, and external creative partners, bringing people with you through clear briefing and collaboration.

• Guest-Centricity — You anticipate what engages our audience, translating the guest journey into visual storytelling that reflects the standard of a five-star environment.

• Influencing — You act as a brand ambassador, shaping the hotel’s visual identity through compelling content that shifts perception and drives engagement.

• Integrity — You operate professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment with technical precision, maintaining consistent quality and organisation across every asset.

• Drive — You approach every brief with creative ambition and personal accountability, continuously developing your knowledge of production techniques and platform trends.

• Adaptability — You manage multiple shoots, edits, and deadlines with composure, responding constructively to last-minute changes without compromising on quality.

• Initiative — You proactively plan shoots ahead of need, developing a content calendar that keeps the hotel’s storytelling one step ahead.

• Strategic Thinking — You contribute creative insight that informs the hotel’s digital engagement strategy, staying ahead of platform guidelines and trends.

• Business Acumen — You ensure every production is commercially focused and delivered on schedule, analysing content performance to prioritise the shoots that drive the greatest engagement.

• People Leadership — You direct talent and external partners with clear guidance, fostering a collaborative culture and contributing to the professional development of colleagues involved in content creation.
