Type of contract: 1 Year FTC, Full Time

Hours of work: 37 hours per week

Salary: Grade 5, £40,409 - £45,481 + Benefits

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Producer to lead the planning and delivery of our ambitious programme of productions, festivals and creative projects. This is a unique opportunity to shape over 60 productions and projects each year, working with students, renowned artists and industry partners to create outstanding artistic and educational experiences.

As Producer, you will oversee the full lifecycle of productions—from initial artistic planning through to delivery, evaluation and future development. Working closely with senior academic and operational colleagues, you will ensure projects are delivered to the highest artistic, educational and operational standards.

You'll play a key role in bringing together artists, students, budgets, schedules and audiences while developing exciting collaborations that strengthen LAMDA's reputation nationally and internationally.
