Content & Social Media Manager

The Role
We're looking for a Content & Social Media Manager to lead the development and execution of our insight-led content and social media strategy.
This is a high-impact role responsible for shaping Premium Credit’s external narrative, strengthening our brand presence, and driving engagement across key audiences. You will create and deliver an always-on content ecosystem across social media, website and owned channels—ensuring consistency, quality and measurable performance.
As an ambassador for Brand & Marketing, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business to position PCL proposition to relevant target audiences in key markets through content that drives visibility, advocacy and commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities
Content & Strategy
Lead and deliver a data-led content and social media strategy aligned to business and brand objectives
Develop a cohesive storytelling framework across all channels (social, website, newsletters)
Plan and deliver multi-format content (copy, visual, video) supporting campaigns, events and product launches
Social Media & Channels
Own and manage Premium Credit’s social media channels
Drive audience growth, engagement quality and brand visibility
Manage content calendars, publishing and community engagement
Content Creation & Governance
Own end-to-end copy development across channels, including website, social and partner communications
Ensure content is consistent with tone of voice, brand standards and regulatory requirements
Develop toolkits and messaging frameworks to support scalable, consistent storytelling
Performance & Optimisation
Define KPIs and measure success across reach, engagement, follower growth and web traffic
Analyse performance and provide clear, actionable insights
Continuously test and optimise content formats, messaging and cadence
Collaboration & Leadership
Partner with campaigns, events, product and sales teams to deliver integrated activity
Act as a content and brand ambassador, enabling colleagues to represent Premium Credit effectively
Promote best practice and innovation, including the responsible use of AI tools to improve efficiency
About You
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience leading content strategy and delivering always-on content and social plans
Strong hands-on experience managing corporate social media channels across B2B and B2C audiences
Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong sense of tone, storytelling and audience engagement
Experience producing multi-format content and managing end-to-end content calendars
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into clear recommendations
Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience delivering cross-functional initiatives
High attention to detail and ability to operate in a regulated environment
Desirable
Experience in financial services or another regulated industry
Understanding of SEO and digital content optimisation
Relevant qualification (e.g. CIM, CIPR or equivalent)
