We are seeking an enthusiastic, ambitious, and committed Geography Teacher to join the successful Humanities faculty at an Outstanding Ofsted-rated secondary academy in the Ealing area of Inner West London.

This is a full-time, permanent position starting in January 2026 .

We Are Looking For:

• A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) .
• A proven track record as an excellent Geography Teacher (covering both human and physical aspects to at least KS4).
• A genuine passion for the subject and the ability to inspire students of all abilities.
• A strong commitment to integrating fieldwork and current global issues into the curriculum.
• The drive to uphold and contribute to the academy’s Outstanding standards.

Salary and Benefits

• Main Pay Scale/Upper Pay Scale (MPS/UPS) for Teachers.
  • The base salary will be paid according to experience within the statutory Inner London Pay Scale (The Inner London Main Pay Range minimum is approximately £40,317 as of September 2025).
• A fixed Recruitment and Retention (R&R) Allowance of £2,000 per annum.
