The Scheme Livi Seeks Chair and Trustees

Location: Livingston (on site at West Lothian College)

Commitment: 1-2 days per month (reasonable expenses reimbursed)

The Scheme Livi is looking for an exceptional Chair and Trustees to help guide the next stage of its journey.

Built from lived experience - of addiction, trauma, recovery, and everything in between - The Scheme Livi is creating something different: a space that's real, creative, and rooted in community. These values sit at the heart of everything they do.

Based at West Lothian College and supported by recent funding, The Scheme Livi is already making a real difference. Each week, people come together to explore creative outlets, connect through shared experiences, and discover new ways to heal and bring joy to their lives and each other.

The organisation is now seeking passionate and skilled individuals to join its Management Board, ensuring strong governance and continued impact.

• The Chair will play a key leadership role in helping The Scheme Livi deliver on its mission, supporting the co-Chief Executives, and acting as an ambassador for the charity.
• Trustees will help to steer the organisation's strategy, maintain accountability, and champion its values and goals.

Applications are particularly welcome from individuals with lived experience of recovery and from those with expertise in fundraising .
