Online Customer Service Advisor
A great opportunity has arisen for a online customer service advisor to work for a swim and resortwear retailer based in central London. Suitable candidates must be immediately available and not on notice. Some responsibilities include answering questions via their multichannel platform, including email, WhatsApp, and live chat. This role will also involve packing and dispatching online orders. Experience using Shopify will be advantageous. The candidate will have prior experience in customer service, have an eye for style and be able to offer styling advice to customers, you'll be a problem solver and have a proactive approach to supporting customers. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. As a temp, you will receive a competitive salary rate that is paid on a weekly basis as well as paid holiday and the opportunity to join a pension scheme. This role could also go permanent, which would bring a generous benefits package, including staff discount, to the successful candidate.
