A Day in the Life

As a Senior Finance Analyst, you’ll be at the centre of our regional finance and strategy activity analysing growth drivers, tracking performance and providing data-led insights that influence business-critical decisions. You’ll work closely with the CFO & EVP of Business Development, contributing to projects that span Mergers & Acquisitions, investments, strategic planning, artist and partner deals, and market trend analysis.

Your work will help guide investment decisions, unlock growth opportunities and ensure we remain ahead of the curve in fast-moving, competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain robust financial and analytical models for valuation, due diligence and strategic evaluation.

  • Analyse performance drivers and market trends to inform forecasts and strategic plans.

  • Lead the development of reports and dashboards using financial reporting systems (experience with HFM/SAP a plus).

  • Collaborate across regions to improve processes and enhance the quality and speed of decision-making.

  • Prepare concise and impactful presentations and memorandum for senior stakeholders.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Strong financial modelling skills and experience with large or complex data sets.

  • Advanced Excel skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.

  • Confident communicator who can simplify complex analysis for diverse audiences.

  • Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities independently.

  • Demonstrates curiosity, critical thinking, influencing ability, and a detail-driven approach to problem-solving.

  • Experience in investment banking, strategy consulting, corporate development, strategic finance, or a similar analytical role is strongly preferred

  • A genuine interest in the music, media, or entertainment sectors.
