Sponsorship Operations Lead - Money 20/20

Job Description
This role is based in central London, UK
Make an Impact
You'll lead the operational delivery of enterprise account sponsorships for Money20/20, one of the world's leading fintech events. Working with major sponsors, you'll ensure flawless execution of their event experiences across multiple global locations.
What You'll Do
Drive Sponsor Success
- Be the key contact for enterprise sponsors throughout the event cycle
- Oversee sponsored features from planning to on-site delivery
- Create seamless experiences working with commercial and event teams
Lead Strategic Operations
- Partner with our Commercial Product Team on bespoke sponsorship opportunities
- Manage two team members, supporting their growth and development
- Implement efficient processes across marketing, content, and commercial teams
Build Valuable Relationships
- Develop strong partnerships with enterprise sponsors
- Work closely with event leads on budget management
- Coordinate with global teams on regional projects
