Senior Product Designer
TransferRoom is a hyper-growth B2B SaaS Marketplace on a mission to change the football transfer market for the better. We do this by empowering football clubs, agents and players to be successful in the transfer market by giving them real-time market intelligence and direct access to a global network of decision-makers.
TransferRoom is market leading and has become a must have for key stakeholders in football’s transfer market. It’s used by 800+ clubs, including Man City, Liverpool and PSG, 550 agencies and 8000 professional players. It has empowered clubs and agents to facilitate over 6000 transfers since launch in 2017.
We’re building something new – and design plays a central role. As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll join a small, fast-moving squad at TransferRoom, working on one of our latest B2B SaaS products. But this isn’t a greenfield-only role: you’ll also help evolve and improve our existing products where there’s just as much value to unlock. This is a hands-on role – we’re looking for someone who’s sharp in Figma, loves solving complex problems, and wants to see real impact from their work. You’ll also use AI tools like Figma Make and Lovable to speed up exploration, prototyping and validation. What you’ll be doing:
- Design from end to end – from discovery to detailed UI and delivery.
- Work hands-on in Figma – exploring, prototyping and shipping high-quality design.
- Improve existing products as well as help shape something new.
- Use AI tools like Figma Make and Lovable to test and iterate faster.
- Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers and commercial teams.
- Contribute to product direction with design thinking, not just UI polish.
- Evolve and maintain our design system.
- Share and grow design craft across the team.
- Strong UX and UI skills – with a portfolio showing end-to-end product work.
- Confidence working in Figma – quick, structured and precise.
- Experience with SaaS and ideally data-rich or complex interfaces.
- A pragmatic mindset – you know when to polish and when to move.
- Curiosity about AI in design – not as a gimmick, but to boost outcomes.
- A collaborative way of working – you listen, you challenge, you build.
