Document Controller
As Document Controller, you will:
- Manage, organise, and maintain project documentation using Aconex software.
- Ensure all documents are up to date, accurate, and appropriately filed.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to distribute and retrieve documents.
- Monitor document control processes to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Provide support during audits and project reviews by preparing necessary documentation.
- Assist in implementing and improving document control procedures.
- Generate regular reports on document control activities and project status.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
