We are currently seeking a Night Guest Relations Associate to join our Front Office team.

The Role

As a Night Guest Relations Associate, you will serve as an ambassador of The Chancery Rosewood throughout the overnight hours, ensuring guests experience warm, attentive and personalised service at every interaction.

You will anticipate guest needs, handle requests with efficiency and discretion, and work closely with the Front Office and Night teams to ensure a seamless experience for guests arriving or staying overnight.

This role operates on a 12-hour shift pattern, working four nights on and four nights off.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a warm and personalised welcome to guests arriving during the evening and overnight hours

• Act as a key point of contact for guest requests and enquiries, ensuring timely and thoughtful resolution

• Build genuine relationships with guests and personalise service wherever possible

• Handle guest concerns with professionalism, discretion and empathy

• Collaborate closely with Front Office and operational teams to ensure a seamless overnight operation

• Uphold the highest standards of service, presentation and professionalism at all times

The Profile

• At least 2 years experience in Guest Relations, Front Office within the luxury hotel sector

• A natural ability to connect with guests and create memorable experiences

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A calm, confident and solutions-focused approach

• Flexibility to work overnight shifts
