WHAT’S THE MISSION FOR THIS ROLE?
Our Go-To-Market (GTM) team ensures our seasonal stories, product launches and brand moments land seamlessly across markets and channels. As a GTM Executive, you’ll support the planning, coordination and delivery of GTM processes, ensuring teams across Product, Marketing, Sales and Retail are aligned and equipped with the right tools to activate each season successfully. Your mission is to help bring brand and product stories to life, strengthening consumer experience and commercial performance.
WHAT DOES THIS ROLE DO?
As our GTM Executive , you will be responsible for:
Driving the delivery of traditional seasonal launches working cross functionally with key functions such as Brand Marketing, Global Product and Market Merchandising
Supporting the delivery of special projects that sit outside of a more traditional seasonal calendar such as innovation & collaborations.
Supporting the creation, coordination and delivery of seasonal GTM calendars, milestones and cross-functional processes.
Assisting with the development of GTM tools, sales assets, brand decks, and seasonal storytelling materials.
Gathering and organising inputs from Product, Marketing, Retail, Digital and Commercial teams to support smooth seasonal execution.
Managing seasonal information flow, ensuring teams and markets receive accurate and timely updates.
Helping prepare for GTM meetings, range reviews, sell-in sessions and launch presentations.
Tracking GTM deadlines and identifying risks, delays or misalignments early to support timely resolutions.
Supporting the consolidation of market feedback and insights to improve future GTM cycles.
Helping maintain seasonal documentation, ensuring consistency, accuracy and easy access for global teams.
Collaborating with global and regional teams to ensure seasonal stories are consistently activated across channels.
Providing general GTM administrative and coordination support across the team.
WHAT DO I BRING TO THE ROLE?
You just might be our next superstar if you have the following skills and experience:
Experience in marketing, product, GTM or commercial roles within fashion, sports, lifestyle or consumer brands (or similar fast-paced environments).
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate information across teams.
Excellent communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional stakeholders.
A detail-focused mindset with an ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
Strong PowerPoint and presentation-building experience; confident crafting seasonal decks and tools.
Proactive, collaborative and comfortable supporting a wide range of tasks.
An interest in brand storytelling, product creation and the consumer journey.
A passion for learning, continuous improvement and delivering high-quality work.
