Onboarding Specialist (United Kingdom)
We are looking for an Onboarding Specialist to execute customer onboarding from post-signature handoff through onboarding completion. This role is hands-on and technical, focused on deployment, configuration, activation, and enablement, ensuring customers reach value quickly and confidently.
The Onboarding Specialist works closely with PSMs, Sales, Support, and Product/R&D , following a structured onboarding framework while identifying risks early and driving resolution in collaboration with the wider Customer Office.
What will you do:
- You will execute the end-to-end onboarding journey for new customers, from initial handoff through onboarding closure, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience.
- You will be hands-on with technical deployment, configuration, integrations, and feature activation , supporting customers through setup and early adoption.
- You will deliver onboarding sessions and product training to customers and partners, adapting your communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- You will proactively identify onboarding risks related to readiness, scope, deployment, or engagement, and work with PSMs, Support, and R&D to address them.
- You will act as an escalation point during onboarding, ensuring issues are handled efficiently and customer confidence is maintained.
- You will collaborate with Sales and PSMs to align expectations, scope, and customer readiness throughout onboarding.
- You will educate customers on product usage and best practices to accelerate adoption.
- You will maintain accurate onboarding status, risks, and progress in Salesforce, ensuring clear visibility for internal stakeholders.
- You will capture onboarding feedback and provide actionable input to Product and R&D.

REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS , with a strong technical focus
- Hands-on experience with deployment, configuration, integrations, or post-sales technical roles
- Proven experience working directly with customers in a technical capacity
- Strong ability to explain complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience identifying risks and supporting mitigation in customer journeys
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar customer engagement tools
- Strong project management and process-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English – mandatory
- Additional languages Italian, Hebrew, or Spanish is highly preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple onboardings in parallel
- Proactive, accountable, and execution-focused
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
