Sales Advisor (No Experience Required) Step into success with a rapidly growing sales division in Central London! The key attributes they are looking for: Positive and proactive team player Professional manner and appearance High customer service standards Excellent English communication skills Full-time equivalent availability, 4–5 days per week (Monday–Saturday) What's involved: Developing and executing innovative strategies to drive brand awareness and sales Working as part of an enthusiastic sales division in face-to-face residential campaigns across the London area Demonstrating product and service knowledge while providing solutions to customers Closing sales and completing basic sales admin of a digital tablet What they offer: Earn through a brand awareness fee (daily earnings paid to you for representing a client for a full day) , plus commission and performance incentives Client training and upskilling from experienced sales professionals A supportive working environment with regular activities and events for socialising Opportunities for progression based on performance Opportunities for travel and events for top performers ( networking events and abroad R&R trips ) Full client training is provided from day one in this full-time equivalent opportunity. This role operates on a subcontracted basis, with earnings generated through a performance-linked structure supported by a Brand Awareness Fee and commission and performance incentives.
