SENIOR BUYER | FASHION LIFESTYLE | LONDON | HYBRID WORKING The Role We're working with an ambitious, fast-growing business within the lifestyle and sports space, looking for a Senior Buyer / Lead to play a key role in its continued growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a creative, entrepreneurial business with a strong focus on own-brand product. You'll take ownership of the buying and product development process, from identifying emerging trends and sourcing new suppliers through to range development, negotiations and commercial performance. Ideal for someone coming from a smaller, design-led lifestyle, streetwear or contemporary sportswear brand, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact in a hands-on environment where product, creativity and commercial thinking go hand in hand. Key Responsibilities Lead own-brand buying and product development, identifying new opportunities to grow and evolve the range. Research emerging trends, customer preferences and competitor activity to keep the product offering fresh and relevant. Source and develop supplier relationships, negotiating costs, lead times and quality standards. Manage product development and purchasing timelines, working closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery. Oversee buying budgets, stock investment and forecasting to maximise sales and profitability. Analyse sales, margins and stock performance to inform buying decisions and identify opportunities for growth. About You Proven experience as a Senior Buyer or Lead within a lifestyle, streetwear, contemporary sportswear or similar brand. Strong experience in own-brand buying and product development, ideally within a SME, fast-paced business. Commercially astute, with a good understanding of margins, forecasting and stock management. Confident negotiating with suppliers and managing the end-to-end product lifecycle. Creative and trend-aware, with a strong eye for product and emerging consumer brands.
