Web Performance Manager (6-month Fixed-term Contract)
Personio's intelligent HR platform helps small and medium-sized organizations unlock the power of people by making complicated, time-consuming tasks simple and efficient. Our team of 1,500 Personios is building user-friendly products that delight our 15,000+ customers and their 1.5 million employees. Ready to make an impact from day one?
This role requires 3 days per week in the office and is based in Dublin, London or Amsterdam.
If you're keen to turn insight into impact and enjoy being hands-on with high-performing digital experiences, a marketing career at Personio could be an ideal fit. You’ll play a direct role in driving demand, improving conversion, and accelerating growth in our priority regions. Join us to help shape how regional audiences experience Personio across the website and turn engagement into meaningful business outcomes.
As our Web Performance Manager, you’ll be a hands-on individual contributor responsible for improving web performance across our UKI and Benelux markets. Acting as the primary web partner for regional teams, you’ll analyse performance, build and optimise pages, support campaign activation, and advise on optimisation opportunities. This role connects web strategy with regional commercial impact through data-led optimisation, experimentation, UX thinking, and emerging AI-driven approaches.
Role Responsibilities: What You'll Do
Performance Monitoring & Insight: You track and analyse regional web performance across metrics such as conversion rate, traffic quality, engagement, MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline, combining quantitative data with qualitative insight (journey analysis, user behaviour, feedback) to identify opportunities and friction points.
Regional Web Partnership: You act as the primary web contact for UKI and Benelux Marketing, PMM, Field Marketing, Content, and Performance teams- supporting page builds, localisation, and campaign activation while ensuring alignment with global web standards and priorities.
Page Builds & Campaign Delivery: You plan, build, and optimise regional web pages including campaign landing pages, event pages, paid media destinations, content hubs, and product-focused pages, working closely with Content, Design, and Engineering to deliver high-quality, conversion-focused experiences.
Optimisation & Experimentation: You contribute to experimentation and CRO efforts by identifying hypotheses, supporting A/B tests, analysing results, and highlighting region-specific performance differences and learnings
UX & Market Relevance: You apply UX principles and behavioural insight to improve clarity, usability, and conversion, ensuring regional messaging and experiences resonate with local audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
Analytics, Reporting & Momentum: You provide regional inputs into reporting and MBR processes, sharing clear insights, progress, and recommendations with regional and central stakeholders, and helping build positive momentum through visible wins and continuous improvement.
AI & Emerging Web Practices: You stay curious about shifts in the web landscape - including AI, evolving search behaviour, and LLM optimisation - and explore how AI can improve both web performance and day-to-day workflows, analysis, and execution.
Role Requirements: What You Need to Succeed
Experience: You have 3+ years’ experience in web performance, CRO, digital marketing, website operations, or a related hands-on role, ideally within B2B SaaS or multi-market environments.
Analytical & Experimentation Skills: You’re confident analysing web and funnel performance using quantitative and qualitative data, and have experience supporting or running experiments to improve conversion and business outcomes.
Hands-on Web Execution: You’ve personally built and optimised landing pages, campaign pages, or site components, with a strong eye for detail, UX, and performance.
Commercial Mindset: You can clearly connect web performance metrics to pipeline, revenue, and regional business impact, prioritising work based on outcomes rather than activity.
Collaboration & Communication: You’re an outgoing, proactive partner who works well with regional marketing teams and cross-functional stakeholders, using insight and data to influence decisions.
Technical Proficiency: You’re comfortable working in CMS platforms such as Contentful, HubSpot, or Webflow, and familiar with analytics and experimentation tools (e.g. GA4, Looker, Amplitude, VWO, HockeyStack or similar).
SEO, UX & AI Awareness: You understand SEO fundamentals, UX best practices, and are curious about AI-driven search and optimisation, applying these concepts pragmatically to improve performance and workflows.
