Rate : £28- £34 per hour
Duration: 3months, Mon- Fri 09:00-5:30

About the role:

Pulse AHP is seeking a skilled and dedicated Clinical Ward Pharmacist to join our team on a temporary basis. This Band 7 position requires an ASAP start and will last for 3 months. The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm .

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide expert clinical pharmacy services to patients. Lead and manage a team of pharmacy staff. Develop and implement medication management protocols. Conduct medication reviews and provide therapeutic advice. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Participate in research and quality improvement projects.

Requirements:

• Essential:
• Up to date GPHC registration.
• Relevant Pharmacy qualification.

• • Experience in a clinical pharmacy setting.

• Desirable:

• • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
