We’re opening a second bold, design-led coffee shop in the heart of Fitzrovia — and we’re looking for a Manager who brings energy, initiative, and a love of hospitality done properly.

Our new site features: • An interior by an award-winning designer • Walls lined with real portraiture by a renowned artist • Custom chairs handcrafted in Sarajevo • A fully separated sit-in and takeaway setup for customer comfort • Constantly evolving food, inspired by Michelin-level thinking — but grounded in simplicity and honest ingredients

What we’re looking for: • A confident, capable leader who takes real ownership • Someone who loves hospitality and wants guests to feel genuinely welcome • Experience running shifts, managing small teams, and solving problems on the fly • hat said if you think you have got what it would take but have not managed before - try us • Comfortable with early starts and solo shifts • Organised, detail-focused, and ready to keep standards sky-high • Someone who’ll champion team culture and help others thrive • Coffee background is a bonus — but it’s the mindset and care that matter most

Your responsibilities will include: • Overseeing all shop operations: service, quality, people and performance • Recruiting, training and developing a high-performing team • Managing stock, suppliers, and food preparation • Leading by example on shift – whether you’re serving, coaching, or clearing tables • Keeping things safe, compliant and consistently clean • Helping shape the future of the shop — from menus to service flow • Creating a calm, positive work environment for the whole team
