The role will involve providing 1:1 support, leading small group interventions, and helping children who require additional support to access learning and make progress. The school is particularly keen to hear from graduates who are considering teacher training in the future. You will work alongside experienced teachers and school leaders who can provide valuable mentoring and insight into the teaching profession.This role would suit a graduate with experience working with children or young people through tutoring, mentoring, coaching, youth work, childcare, or voluntary roles.
