About the role:

Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams in the UK, India, and China to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements. This is a hands-on role , you’ll be expected to build, test, and ship internal tools and workflows yourself, not just write specs.

Main responsibilities:
- Own and drive strategy for supply chain optimisation across our global manufacturing network
- Identify inefficiencies and opportunities in supplier performance , order flow, and logistics
- Build, test, and iteoolsrate internal tools and workflows using off the shelf software, AI solutions, or by working with in house developers
- Partner with Quality, Operations, and Data teams to ensure supplier scoring, forecasting, and throttling systems are accurate and effective
- Translate business goals into product specs , wireframes, and backlog items
- Manage delivery timelines and stakeholder expectations, ensuring solutions are adopted and deliver measurable improvements
- Lead discovery and experimentation for high impact automation opportunities, from onboarding to fulfilment
- Monitor key supply chain KPIs such as On Time Delivery, Non Conformance Rate, and throughput, and use them to guide decision making and product iteration
Experience Required:
- 4+ years as a Product Manager or in a similar role in a tech enabled, operations/logistics heavy environment
- Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing workflows
- Proven experience in hands on building internal tools, automations , or process improvement solutions
- Familiarity with off the shelf platforms such as Monday.com, Zapier, Airtable, Notion, Make and AI tools , and integrating them to achieve business outcomes independently
- Comfortable collaborating with engineers and data teams to ship operational solutions
- Startup workload - we work a lot, but on impactful and exciting projects
- Analytical mindset with ability to prioritise based on impact, complexity, and urgency
Desired experience:
- Experience with SQL or no code or low code tools
- Past experience in a marketplace or platform business
Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: We offer pay that reflects your skills and the value you bring.
- Stocked Kitchen: Enjoy snacks, fresh fruit, and drinks all day.
- 23 Days Annual Leave: Recharge with 23 days off, plus bank holidays.
- Birthday Off: Take an extra day to celebrate your birthday.
- Christmas Shutdown: Relax over the holidays with additional company-wide time off.
