Treasury & Trade Solutions Apprenticeship - London
The Client Success Team is part of Services business at Citi.
This role is initially an 18 month programme for an Apprentice to come and work within Treasury & Trade Solutions (TTS) in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
It provides the opportunity to work across the sales organisation or within our product teams in a hands on role to build a skillset and career path that supports the ongoing success of the business.
This role is part of the Client Success Team in Treasury & Trade Solutions (TTS) working closely with Solution Sales & Product Sales team with a defined portfolio of headquartered Banking clients, as well as Global Network Bank (GNB) clients with a significant buying centre to develop an understanding of their Treasury Objectives, operating procedures, organisations structures and transaction service needs in identifying and supporting the delivery of TTS Products.
The apprentice role is focused on:
Getting an understanding of the client ecosystem and how the client success team supports our client relationships
Driving client experience, ensuring proactive communication with key decision makers within the client organization as well as the internal client team
Creating a platform to grow and develop a career in Financial Services
Key Responsibilities:
Ownership of key deliverables for the business
Support efforts across our client relationships and operating models.
Assist in key projects across the team working closely with a variety of stakeholders
Work with TTS Client Executives to ensure understanding of key TTS Sales activities for portfolio drive completion of projects and delivering a superior client experience.
Provide support where necessary for the coordination of critical projects with relevant stakeholders within TTS such as Implementation of new solutions, VOC feedback and associated action plans.

Qualifications:
You have been resident in UK 3 yrs prior to starting apprenticeship with the right to work in UK
Minimum A-C or 4-9 in Level 2 Maths and English or equivalent
