Location: City of London (Hybrid - fixed term contract)

The role:
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our internal recruitment team. You’ll be hands-on in helping us attract, engage, and hire the best people into Skills Alliance.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in recruitment or HR. You’ll gain practical experience across sourcing, candidate communication, market research, and coordination; working alongside a global team and learning how internal recruitment functions in a fast-paced, international business.
This role would run from Jan-June (6 months) 2026.
What you’ll be doing:
- Use LinkedIn and other platforms to identify and reach out to potential candidates
- Help manage inbound applicants and shortlist suitable profiles
- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communication
- Support screening and qualification calls with candidates
- Research markets, companies, and talent pools to support hiring campaigns
- Keep candidate data up to date in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Assist with employer branding, recruitment marketing, and networking activities
- Contribute ideas to improve candidate experience and hiring processes
What we’re looking for:
- Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in people
- Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks at once
- Confident using LinkedIn and curious about how recruitment works
- Interested in Life Sciences, recruitment, or HR
