What Youll Need:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef
• Solid understanding of special diets allergens nutrition and hydration
• Ability to consistently produce high-quality well-presented dishes
• Strong organisation skills and a calm reliable approach
• Food Safety Level 2 (or willingness to obtain)

• Experience in a nursing home or care setting
• Experience managing and developing kitchen teams

• Lead the kitchen team to deliver high-quality well-presented meals every day.
• Design and adapt menus to meet individual dietary needs allergens and nutritional requirements.
• Ensure meals support residents nutrition hydration and overall wellbeing.
• Oversee ordering stock control and kitchen compliance.
• Maintain exemplary food hygiene and safety standards.
• Work closely with care teams to ensure a seamless dining experience for residents.
