Marketing Assistant

Cybersweetie is looking for an ambitious, creative, and fashion-enthralled Marketing Assistant to support our team with content, campaigns, and ideas that help keep Cybersweetie front of mind and everywhere online.

What you’ll be doing:

• Working with the team on campaign ideas, brand moments & product drops
• Helping create content for Instagram, TikTok & email
• Supporting with copy, captions, and email drafts
• Assisting with content on set/shoot days
• Helping carry ideas from brainstorm to final post
• Assist in organising collection drops, ensuring timely delivery and seamless execution.
• Conduct brand analysis to evaluate market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer preferences.
• Generate reports and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment of operational activities with overall business objectives.

Required:

• Proven experience in fashion marketing
• Understands the industry and can help us grow strategically.
• Experience within the field of business and/or fashion
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining high levels of accuracy.
• Familiarity with marketing concepts and brand analysis techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passionate about fashion, storytelling, and digital culture
• Familiar with Cybersweetie and full of ideas to help us grow
• Comfortable using TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest
• Proactive, reliable, and excited to be hands-on
• Understands and can utilise the power of a well-timed caption or viral post
