Live-in Nanny in NW6, Job ID J1F317
This lovely family based in Kilburn, London, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Live-in Nanny to care for their three school-aged children. The role involves all general nanny duties, including supporting the children’s daily routines, preparing meals and snacks, assisting with homework, and engaging them in age-appropriate educational and recreational activities. A confident driver is essential, with the ability to operate both automatic and manual vehicles safely. Both parents work full-time, so the family is looking for someone reliable and proactive to provide consistent support with school drop-offs, pick-ups, and other daily responsibilities. Additionally, the family owns a property outside of London, and the nanny will be expected to accompany them on weekends when they travel there. The ideal candidate will be nurturing, organised, and flexible, able to adapt to the family’s routines while creating a safe and stimulating environment for the children. A valid First Aid qualification is required for this position.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, Total hours per week: 40
Accommodation: Own room and bathroom
Duties include:
- Bathing the children and ensuring proper hygiene is maintained.
- Supervising the children to ensure their safety, well-being, and overall development.
- Engaging the children in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as trips to the park.
- Promoting early literacy by reading to the children and fostering a love of learning.
- Supporting the children’s educational growth, including homework assistance.
- Establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to provide structure and stability.
- Keeping the children’s bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy.
