Payroll Implementation Manager
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Outsourcing Transition- Lead and manage the final stage of the end‑to‑end transition from partial outsourcing to fully outsourced payroll delivery.
- Coordinate parallel runs, data validation, and readiness checks.
- Work closely with the new provider, challenging where necessary and ensuring all input templates, processes, and handover documentation are correct.
- Oversee data migration, retention requirements, cleansing, and quality assurance.
- Maintain strict compliance standards and ensure statutory accuracy.
- Act as the main contact between internal stakeholders and the outsourced provider.
- Identify risk areas, troubleshoot issues, and push back on timelines when necessary to ensure a successful go‑live.
- Support a business environment influenced by start‑up culture, where some processes may be basic.
- Own the transition plan and timeline with the goal of achieving go‑live in March.
- Provide structure, discipline, and clarity to stakeholders in a relaxed, less formal operational environment.
