Digital Media Executive

We have an exciting opportunity for an entry level Digital Media Executive to join our growing team in London. You will work closely with the Senior Digital Media Exec and Account Manager to implement and execute Media campaigns across a whole spectrum of digital media channels , including Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic Display & Video .

How you’ll make an impact:

You will come in and hit the ground running (with support from your senior team members and managers) – working closely with your team and account manager to implement and execute agreed digital media strategy across your clients, creating insight driven media campaigns to give our clients an unfair competitive advantage!

Responsibilities:

• Working with the team to deliver on our clients’ businesses
• Optimising digital media campaigns, using data from platforms & making recommendations
• Reporting on performance of client campaigns
• Regular contact with media owners
• Analysing all client & media owner outputs
• Client introductions & basic client communication
• Liaising with clients and providing performance updates
• Highlight invoice queries and raise to line manager
• Ensure all bookings are on the system (DDS) in a timely manner
• Use of schedule and spreadsheet calculations
• Basic planning and administration (use of DDS/AdDynamix/Echo/RAPS/bespoke digital systems)

Requirements

• Great attention to detail – you will be working on high profile campaigns for our clients.
• Strong analytical and numeracy skills
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and programs
• Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines
• Brilliant verbal and written communication skills
• Meeting deadlines and prioritising workload
• A passion for the media industry and digital marketing
• Adaptability and flexibility
• Strong team player but should also work independently
• Quick learner, who loves a challenge
