As part of our Global Finance Transformation Programme, we are seeking a highly organized and analytical Project Analyst to support the delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives aimed at modernizing and optimizing finance operations globally. This role will be instrumental in supporting project planning, reporting, and documentation across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with programme objectives and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Coordination

  • Support the development and maintenance of integrated project plans across global projects
  • Track progress against key milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Assist in resource planning and scheduling in collaboration with functional and market leads.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Prepare and maintain programme-level dashboards, status reports, and executive summaries.
  • Consolidate inputs from workstream leads to produce accurate and timely reporting for governance forums.
  • Monitor KPIs and project health metrics, highlighting risks and variances.

Documentation & Governance

  • Maintain high-quality project documentation including charters, RAID logs, meeting minutes, and change requests.
  • Ensure documentation is version-controlled, accessible, and audit-ready.
  • Support governance processes by coordinating inputs for steering committees and programme boards.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Facilitate communication between global finance teams, programme leadership, and external partners.
  • Support meeting logistics, agenda setting, and follow-up actions.

Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to the refinement of programme management tools, templates, and reporting standards.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline documentation and reporting processes.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, CAPM) is desirable.
  • Familiarity with finance transformation concepts and enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, EPM, Shared Services) is advantageous.
  • Experience in project support or analyst roles within large-scale transformation programmes, ideally in finance or shared services.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
  • Proficiency in project tools such as MS Project or equivalent; advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
