With continued growth and a thriving client base, the firm is now seeking a Senior Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join its highly regarded team.

The Role

You will play a key role within a close-knit and ambitious construction team, handling a broad range of non-contentious matters for a diverse and impressive client base including developers, banks, contractors, consultants, and end-users. The work spans the full lifecycle of projects, from structuring and procurement through to completion, often alongside the firm’s real estate development and finance teams to deliver a seamless service.

This role offers genuine scope for progression, with partnership prospects for the right individual and the platform to establish yourself as a market leader in the non-contentious construction space.

Requirements

• 5+ PQE in non-contentious construction Experience advising developers, contractors, or financial institutions Commercial outlook and confidence in business development A collaborative mindset and ambition to progress
