About the Role

• Evaluate and manage credit risk across reinsurance receivables and structured transactions, partnering with structuring and actuarial teams to assess credit implications of complex deals.
• Develop sophisticated pricing models that incorporate credit risk factors, collaborate with underwriting teams, and analyze market data to ensure competitive and compliant pricing strategies.
• Lead strategies for optimizing liquidity and cash flows, interface with treasury for financing needs, and assess regulatory impacts on the firm's credit structures.
• Oversee internal credit ratings, maintain risk-adjusted pricing consistency, and navigate regulatory requirements to ensure alignment with industry standards and capital models.
About the Team
Our Credit Risk team plays a pivotal role in maintaining the financial integrity of our global reinsurance operations. Working at the intersection of underwriting, finance, and risk management, the team develops sophisticated credit frameworks that enable strategic growth while protecting capital. We foster a collaborative environment where analytical rigor meets innovative thinking to solve complex financial challenges in the evolving reinsurance landscape.
