About the Role - 1:1 Teaching Assistant

• Provide 1:1 support for a pupil in Year 4/5 with special educational needs
• As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant , you'll tailor classroom tasks to meet the child's specific needs
• Work alongside the class teacher and SENCO to track and support progress
• Help create a stable, encouraging learning environment
• Full-time 1:1 Teaching Assistant position until the end of the academic year

Ideal Candidate - 1:1 Teaching Assistant

• Previous experience as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant or in a similar SEN role is essential

• Reliable, patient, and passionate about education
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one
