As a Cover Supervisor, you will deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring pupils remain engaged, focused, and on task. You will supervise classes across a range of subjects, manage behaviour effectively, and help maintain a positive learning environment throughout the school day. The successful Cover Supervisor will be confident communicating with young people, able to manage a classroom effectively, and committed to helping students succeed.
