As a Bartender at Eagle Bar, you will be part of a team redefining London’s bar scene. More than mixing drinks, you will craft experiences — blending creativity, precision, and flair to design cocktails that inspire and delight. You will bring deep knowledge of spirits, innovative techniques, and a passion for mixology that ensures every guest encounter is memorable. Key responsibilities include:

• Crafting exceptional cocktails with creativity, accuracy, and style.

• Bringing expert knowledge of spirits, techniques, and emerging trends to the bar team.

• Delivering attentive, engaging, and personalised service to every guest.

• Collaborating with the team to create an energetic yet refined atmosphere.

• Upholding Forbes, LQA, and Rosewood service standards at all times.

• Acting as an ambassador for Eagle Bar, representing its unique identity in London’s bar scene.

About You

• A passionate mixologist with proven bartending experience in London’s leading bars or luxury hospitality venues.

• Exceptional knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and flavour profiles.

• Creativity, flair, and a drive to push boundaries within mixology.

• Engaging personality with strong communication skills.

• A team player who thrives in a high-energy, guest-focused environment.
