Office Manager | Outstanding Redbridge School | Part Time
We are working closely with a school who are recruiting for a scholarly Office Manager to join an Outstanding Secondary School in Redbridge starting ASAP. You will play a key role in the operational leadership of the school.
About the Role This is a permanent, part-time position working Wednesday to Friday, 8 am – 4 pm (Term time only) .
Manage the administrative support for the Senior Leadership Team.
Oversee the attendance and welfare department to ensure statutory compliance.
Lead on the school’s external marketing and communication strategy.
Monitor office performance and implement efficiency improvements.

Requirements
Strong communication skills and experience in attendance or welfare administration.
Ability to lead a team through change and operational growth.
Must have the right to work in the UK.
Salary and Benefits £34,000 – £42,000 per annum, pro-rata. Benefits include a generous pension and a dedicated professional development pathway.
