For Early Years
Home based. Managing own diary, remote learners and then some visits – m25 Corridor such as reading and central London.
London Weighting is paid
6-month contract
Full time Monday to Friday
Can lead to the contract being extended, or permanent
Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm (is flexibility) 45 mins lunch
Equipment is provided, laptop, mobile, headsets etc.
Job role
Carrying out end point assessment activities and making decisions for apprenticeship standards
Must have either end point assessing experience or worked as an assessor and as part of the role, assisting and preparing the learner for end point assessments
Conducing these online
Can visit learners in the workplace, these would be local to home – expenses paid
Planning meetings with apprentices and employers online
The role is end-point assessment for early years level 3
Agreeing a plan and schedule for each assessment activity for the end point window
Marking in line with grading criteria for the apprenticeship standard and confirming each element has been completed
Determine the overall grade for the apprentice based on the combination of performance in all assessment activities
Participate in standardisation and training activities
Full induction is given 2 days remote and 3.5 days away in person – all paid for
Essential requirements for the role
Must be Assessor qualified – such as TAQA or A1 or D32/D33 or CAVA
Must have been either an end point assessor or an assessor in early years and be competent to level 3
Will accept people who have worked in early years assessing or nursery nurse or child minding or residential childcare for learners who have dealt with children
Must have an early hears level 3 qualification for this role
Must have access to a vehicle

Salary £27,311 to £28,382 per annum and £4,500 London Weighting or £1,850 SEW on applicable postcodes where you reside
