SEN Teaching Assistant | Sutton
A well-organised primary school in Sutton is looking to appoint an SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional learning needs. This SEN Teaching Assistant position is suited to someone who is enthusiastic about making a positive impact and supporting inclusive education.
In this role, the SEN Teaching Assistant in Sutton will provide targeted support to pupils who require additional help to engage with learning. This may include 1:1 support, small group work, or in-class assistance. The SEN Teaching Assistant will work closely with teachers to adapt tasks and provide reassurance to pupils throughout the day.
Supporting emotional regulation, encouraging independence, and promoting positive behaviour are key responsibilities.
