Part-time Nanny in Twickenham, London, Job ID J21562
A lovely family based in Twickenham, London, is seeking a Part-time Nanny to help care for their toddler and school-aged child.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of childcare experience and will speak Indonesian. Someone warm, reliable, organised, and confident supporting children across different age stages would be ideal for this role.
The nanny will be responsible for supporting the children’s daily routines, including bathing, hygiene, meals, snacks, play, reading, homework support, and age-appropriate activities. The role will also include encouraging early literacy, supporting the children’s educational growth, and arranging outdoor outings such as visits to the park.
The candidate will also be expected to keep the children’s bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy. The family has a cat, so someone comfortable around pets would be ideal. A driver is not required for this role.
A valid first aid certification is required for this role.
Working hours: Monday to Wednesday, 8:00 to 18:00
Duties include:
- caring for a toddler and a school-aged child
- bathing the children and maintaining proper hygiene
- ensuring the children’s safety, well-being, and development
- preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks
- engaging the children in interactive play and educational activities
- arranging outdoor outings, such as visits to the park
- encouraging early literacy by reading books with the children
- providing homework assistance
- supporting the children’s educational growth
- maintaining consistent daily routines
- keeping the children’s bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy
- being comfortable around a cat
The family is looking for someone who can start on 9 September 2026.
