Well-established in London, the group has ambitious plans to expand its portfolio in the coming years. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Reservations and Reception Agent to join a stable, distinctive, and forward-thinking operation.Reservations and Reception Agent Benefits :

Reservations and Reception Agent Expectations:
- Experience within award-winning restaurants or high-profile event companies is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with reservation systems such as OpenTable, Quadranet, or Collins is a strong advantage.
- We are looking for a Reservations and Reception Agent with excellent written and spoken English, and a proven ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
- The ideal candidate thrives under pressure and is comfortable working across both head office reservations and a fast-paced restaurant front desk environment
