Mandarin speaking Management Reporting - What You'll be Doing:
- Responsible for the preparation of periodic MI reports including Profit by client; expense related reports.
- Expense budget management and cost control including project budget monitoring and control.
- Ensuring accurate reports to Head Office, including monthly financial analysis report, expense report etc. resolving follow up queries as necessary.
- Various internal financial analysis reports, like daily reports, Swap analysis, NII and Nim analysis by department, departmental business expense analysis.
- Continuous improvement of accounting processes and controls through critical assessments of existing work flows. Engaging with senior stakeholders to successfully drive and implement procedural changes via effective verbal and written communication.
- Building effective working relationships with the wider bank as well as within the team, including the monitoring of junior staff members.
- Resolve queries other departments and teams to resolve any queries.
- Continuously improve departmental policies and procedures.
- Assist with the development of financial control functionality to meet the management needs.
- Take ownership on routine and ad hoc tasks.
Mandarin speaking Management Reporting - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- Educated to the Bachelor's Degree (prefer in Finance, or Accounting).
- Qualified/partly Qualified accountant, for example, ACA, ACCA, CIMA.
- Demonstrated experience within Financial Services industry.
- Demonstrated experience in management accounting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong Microsoft skills (Excel, Access and PowerPoint).
- Mandarin and English (both spoken and written).
- Proficiency using MS Excel etc
- Team player and diligent worker, willing to learn.
