LocatED provides expert property advice to the education sector and government, helping develop estates strategy, acquire new sites and progress decarbonisation.
The HR & PMO Administrator will provide essential administrative support across the HR and project management functions, ensuring accurate data management, smooth onboarding and recruitment processes, as well as the production of key reports. This role plays a vital part in maintaining efficient systems and supporting colleagues with timely and effective solutions.
This 6-month fixed-term contract is a London-based hybrid role, which requires you to attend the office two/three days per week, ideally Tuesday to Thursday.

Main duties and responsibilities include:
- Provide efficient and proactive administrative support to both the HR and PMO functions.
- Generate and review monthly employee training and annual leave reports using Healthbox HR, our employee database system.
- Organise and maintain SharePoint folders to ensure information is logically structured, accessible, and up to date.
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Support recruitment activities by maintaining the careers mailbox and coordinating interview arrangements.
- Maintain high-quality, accurate data within LocatED’s Management Information System (MIS).
- Use MIS data to produce Board and management reports, including performance tracking against KPIs.
- Collaborate with Property and Development Teams to identify and implement more efficient data management processes.
- Provide administrative support to Property and Development Teams, particularly in the collation and validation of key information.
About you:
- Educated to A level (or equivalent).
- Familiarity with document management practices, including logical filing structures and version control (e.g., SharePoint or equivalent).
- Experience in HR administration covering recruitment, new starters plus learning and development.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess strong IT capabilities in Microsoft packages.
