Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative commercially focused professional to drive Gallagher's growth through content creation, pipeline generation and strategic collaboration. This role will focus on leveraging all platforms to build proposition awareness, generate leads, and foster meaningful relationships with key technology partners and industry communities. The ideal candidate will also represent Gallagher’s core product set at key industry events, create compelling client-facing collateral, and facilitate workshops and roundtables to strengthen client relationships and drive business growth.

1. Digital Channel Strategy & Lead Generation
  • Develop and implement a forward-thinking social media strategy to drive lead generation and business growth.
  • Build and maintain a strong and engaging social media presence across platforms that resonate with our diverse audiences.
  • Create and share compelling, audience-focused content that showcases Gallagher’s solutions and value.
  • Identify growth opportunities through data-driven social media campaigns aligned with market trends.
  • Partner with the marketing team to design impactful campaigns, sharing performance insights and business outcomes with leadership.
2. Content Creation & Community Engagement
  • Craft engaging and inclusive content tailored to Gallagher’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and buyer personas.
  • Foster and grow online communities to enhance brand visibility and build meaningful relationships.
  • Collaborate with strategic partners to co-create content and drive joint lead generation initiatives.
  • Launch and manage a customer advocacy programme, including case studies, testimonials, and success stories.
  • Represent Gallagher at industry events, webinars, and online forums to strengthen our brand presence.
3. Thought Leadership
  • Position Gallagher as a trusted authority in employee experience, organisational performance, and people strategies through impactful thought leadership.
  • Support executive LinkedIn strategies, including ghostwriting and amplifying content.
  • Share research, insights, and perspectives to establish Gallagher as an industry leader.
  • Align social media efforts with broader event strategies and speaking engagements in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Drive demand and shorten sales cycles through innovative and creative social media campaigns.
4. Industry Representation & Client Engagement
  • Confidently communicate Gallagher’s solutions, tailoring messaging to meet the needs of diverse audiences.
  • Represent Gallagher at key industry events, conferences, and webinars, showcasing our expertise and solutions.
  • Design visually engaging and impactful client presentations that align with Gallagher’s brand and messaging.
  • Facilitate workshops, roundtables, and discussions to strengthen client relationships, gather insights, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering tailored solutions that address their unique challenges and goals.
5. Collaboration with Marketing & Sales Teams
  • Partner with the marketing team to align social media strategies with broader go-to-market campaigns.
  • Share insights from social media interactions to help refine Gallagher’s products and services.
  • Support sales enablement by driving qualified leads into the sales pipeline through targeted social media efforts.
  • Monitor and report on social media performance metrics, highlighting their impact on sales and business growth.
About You

  • Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing, with a strong emphasis on engagement and lead generation.
  • Proven expertise in designing and managing impactful social media campaigns across various platforms and digital channels.
  • Strong content creation abilities, including exceptional writing, storytelling, and visual content development skills.
  • Outstanding presentation skills, with the confidence to represent Gallagher and speak about our core solutions at industry events and client meetings.
  • Experience in developing engaging client-facing materials and facilitating workshops, roundtables, or collaborative discussions.
  • A proven ability to build and nurture relationships with partners, clients, and industry thought leaders.
  • A strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to analysing campaign performance and identifying opportunities for optimisation.
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across marketing, sales, and leadership teams.
  • A strong understanding of market trends and insights, with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities
