About the role
We are looking for a paediatric occupational therapist to join our Special Educational Needs Occupational Therapist team, working in schools across the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham.
You will support children and young people with developmental, physical, social, communication, and other challenges through both direct and indirect interventions to meet the outcomes outlined in their Education Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). Additionally, the team collaborates with school staff to enhance school-led support for these children, providing training for teachers and parents. This job is a term time post, on a fixed term contract for 12 months. Please refer to the Role Profile for more information.Role Specific Qualifications:
- Degree / Diploma in Occupational Therapy and post-qualifying experience working in paediatrics including implementation of the Children and Families Act / SEND Code of Practice.
- HCPC registration.
