Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope
Recruitment & Safeguarding: Leading safer recruitment processes and ensuring all background checks meet statutory DfE requirements.
Employee Relations: Providing expert advice to the SLT on performance management, staff wellbeing, and employment law.
Compliance Management: Overseeing personnel files and managing the HR aspects of payroll and policy development.
