School Administrator – Outstanding Secondary School – Richmond upon Thames

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient School Administrator to join an Outstanding secondary school in Richmond upon Thames. This is a key role within the school, supporting the smooth running of daily operations and ensuring that administrative systems are effective and well maintained.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support across the school, working closely with teaching staff, senior leaders and support teams. You will be responsible for managing student records, coordinating communication, handling enquiries and ensuring that systems run efficiently.
This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment. You will need to be confident using IT systems and maintaining confidentiality.
