Corporate Tax Assistant Manager

With a collaborative culture, strong focus on development, and a passion for excellence, they are looking for an Audit Assistant Manager who's ready to grow and excel within the company.
Responsibilities: As an Audit Assistant Manager, you will do the following -
- Manage and deliver audit assignments from planning through to completion
- Supervise junior team members, provide clear delegation, and offer mentorship and feedback
- Maintain strong client relationships and handle client communications with confidence
- Assist with billing, WIP, and cash collection to meet internal targets
- Ensure compliance with practice management and quality control processes
- Support recruitment and HR initiatives across the audit department
Requirements: As an Audit Assistant Manager, you will need to have obtained -
- ACA or ACCA qualification with 1.5-2.5 years post-qualification experience
- 12-18 months in a similar Assistant Manager role
- Strong understanding of UK GAAP, IFRS, and experience in group consolidations
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
